During the free trial you are encouraged to add all of your users (up to 100 people) and try out the software. When your free trial ends you will be able to purchase the plan that fits your organization.
You can upgrade your plan at any time by contacting support. If your organization's size has decreased you can choose to renew with a smaller plan.
No. We do not charge for storing uploaded police checks on the platform.
When people leave your organization you delete them from the web dashboard. Deleted users are stored for compliance purposes for five years but do not count against your number of active users.
